Eddie has always loved the ocean since swimming in it when he was a kid during family outings or vacations down the shore.

After moving to Bayonne, NJ in 1988, Eddie noticed a scuba diving course being offered at the local high school and has been hooked on diving ever since. Eddie has continued his diving education through the years all the way to Divemaster. Eddie has dived all over the worked from the Canary Islands, Tahiti, Aruba, Bahamas, St. Thomas, St. Johns, Grand Cayman, Cozumel, the Cenotes in Mexico, the Florida Keys as well as Dutch Springs and Shark River Inlet. Since retiring in July 2010, Eddie has worked at treasure cove since November 2010
